He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ellen Dolly Lee; his children, Tonya Renee Miller, Nicole Danielle Hayes and Timothy Michael Lee; his stepchildren, Amanda Ann Hurst, George Matthew Dolly, James Robert Hurst and Christopher Depaul Hurst; his brother William Kent Maddox; his grandchildren, Cheyanne Jade Lee and Hailey Leighann Pasco; and his sibling's children, Alyssa Maddox, Mitchel Maddox and Maranda Maddox. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
