He is survived by: his wife Sheila Welchel Watkins; his children, Brian Watkins, Heath Watkins and Lee Brumbelow; his grandchildren, Jordan Watkins, John Watkins, Emma Watkins, Courtney Sims, Cheyanne Hill, Lily Brumbelow and Addy Brumbelow; his great grandchildren, Brielle Hill, Brylee Hill, Waylon Watkins and Jaylen Watkins; and his sisters, Pat Robertson, Nancy Smith and Linda Watkins. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
