He is survived by: his children, Tish Burkhalter, Jenna Burkhalter Watters (Kevin) and Craig Burkhalter (Emily); his grandchildren, Shelby Ferrell, Braden Roberson, Sadie Ferrell, Michael Burkhalter, Jack Burkhalter, Logan Burkhalter and Denver Romine; and his siblings, Beth Puckett (Darrell) and Danny Burkhalter (Betty). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
