He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Azlin (John) and Sonni Kendall; his grandchildren, Hannah Long (Vance), Haylee Griffin (Drew), Lemual Azlin (Brooke), Whitney Azlin, Sadie Burgess, Chase Burgess, Legend Owens, Shooter Owens, Maverick Owens, Courtney Minter (Guy), Katie Minter (Landon), Cody Minter (Emily) and Bo Minter (Tori); his great grandchildren, Rhylee, Sawyer, Walker, Wade, Khalyla, Sophia, Ronan, Remington, Ben, Jessie, Johnny, Jackson, Heath, Slade, Mollie, Luke and Millie; and his siblings, Roger Mueller (Michelle), Gary McClelland (Carol) and Brenda Underwood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
