It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley Ballard of Cedartown, Georgia, born in Rockmart, Georgia, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrell L. Ballard and Rachel Simpson Ballard; his wife Kimberly Slaughter Ballard; and his brother Robin Ballard. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Wesley Ballard (Carmen), Janice Marie Ballard, LaBriska Nicole Waddell (Matthew) and Rachel Lynn Spurlock (David); his grandchildren, Patrick Ballard, Aaron Adams, Courtney Morrow, Heather Dunn, Harleigh Waddell, Ashely Waddell and Sterling Spurlock; and his brother Tommy Ballard.
