He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jenkins Prewett; his children, Ronda Rush (Steve) and Randy Prewett (Elisa); his grandchildren, Emily Prewett, Tyler Prewett (Lacey), Jacob Rush, Logan Rush (Melissa) and Rachael McElheney (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Ellie and Peyton McElheney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
