William Wilkes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Wilkes of Cedartown, Georgia, who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Wilkes; his daughter Toni (Nolan Stoner); his parents, Inez Williamon and John Wilkes; his stepfather Roy Williamon; and his brothers, Burnell (Charlotte), Floyd (Willie), Bobby, Coy and Lawrence (Jean).
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Vasser (Clayton Boutelle); his grandchildren, Leslie Mitchell (Ivan) of Wausau, WI, Blake Cain of Lula, GA and Jennifer Moore (Jason) of Cartersville, GA.; his great grandchildren, Cody, Taylor Bauer of Wausau, WI, Andrew Cain of Holton, MI, Hadley, Lainey and Micah Moore of Cartersville, GA; and his sister-in-law Sara Francis Wilkes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Flowers are welcome as well as donations to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Legion Post #86 Cedartown, GA.
