He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Jeff Outz, Kevin Outz (Melissa) and Karen Outz Roberts (Andy); his grandchildren, Caroline Martha Roberts, Hailey Suzanne Roberts, Ava Leanne Roberts, Caden Calvin Outz and Macen Nolan Outz; his sister Betty Outz Byrd; his mother-in-law Geneva Shiver; and his brother-in-law Phil Shiver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Centerville (600 N Houston Lake Blvd, Centerville, GA 31028). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM and at 4:00 PM.
