She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Curnow and Shirley Curnow (Evans). She is survived by : her husband John Wharton of Centerville, GA; her children, Tricia Stone (Brantley) of Warner Robins, GA and John Wharton, Jr. (Jade Wright) of Warner Robins, GA; her grandson Anderson Stone of Warner Robins, GA; her siblings, Debbie Tomassoni (Mark) of Old Forge, PA and Charles Curnow (Jennifer); and her nieces and nephews, Kelli, Lauren, Maura, Chaz, Collin and Connor.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel (2932 US Hwy 41, Fort Valley, GA 31030). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
