She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Cantrell Sr.; her parents, Nellie Dean Bishop and Fred Marshall Edgerton Sr.; her siblings, Tommy Edgerton, Bobby Edgerton, Chester Edgerton, Remell Welch and Ina Prince; and her grandson Charles Bell.
She is survived by: her brother Fred Edgerton (Ginny); and her children, Linda Cantrell of Chatsworth, Glenda Cantrell of Cleveland, TN, Charles Jr. of Chatsworth, James Cantrell of Dalton, Johnny Cantrell of Dalton and Jerry Cantrell Sr. of Chatsworth. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home (2362 US-76, Chatsworth, GA 30705).
