He is survived by: his wife Janice Waters of Chatsworth; his son Anthony; his daughter-in-law Donna Waters; his sisters, Regena (Larry Thomas), Connie Taylor and Mary Nell (Lamar Thomas); his grandchildren, Allison Waters, Terri Waters, Destiny and Jack Morgan; his great grandchildren, Braylen Waters, Dawson Waters, Nate Waters, Maliah Waters, Clayden Morgan and Takoah Morgan; and his siblings-in-law, Danny, Connie Fowler, Randy, Deb Fowler, Ronnie, Angie Fowler, Bobby and Salina Fowler.
