He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Baggett; his son Jesse Baggett; and his parents, Charles Baggett and Dorothy Baggett. He is survived by: his children, Martin Baggett (Flora), Freda Boring (Johnny), Charles Baggett and Deanna Marie Blankenship (Ricky); and his caregiver Rhonda. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; along with extended family members and friends.
