He is survived by: his son Maksim; the mother of his child Jackie Miranda; his mother Pamela Page; his stepfather Eddie Page; his father Teddy Allen; his grandmother Patsy Pierce (Nana); and his siblings, Ross Page (Connie), Trev Page, Spencer Page and Kami Page. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
