He is survived by: his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Wayne Underwood of Resaca, GA; his son Kendall; his daughter-in-law Cindy Causby of Chatsworth, GA; his grandchildren, April Laney (Kris) of Chatsworth, GA, Tony Causby (Kristin) of Chatsworth, GA, Angie Causby (Marissa Snow) of Harrison, TN and J. W. Underwood of Calhoun; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Hudson, Griffin and Abby Causby; and his brother Ray Fowler of Jasper, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
