She was predeceased by: her husband James Paul Powell; her parents, Mary Helen Cantrell and Alvin Cantrell; and her brother Henry Lee Mullins. She is survived by: her children, Donnie Smith of Dalton, GA, Daphne Smith of Dalton, GA and Debra Lynn Williams of Alabama; her siblings, Gene Mullins, Mary Phillips of Dalton, GA, Ila Gene Kirkland of Dalton, GA, Linda Carroll of Dalton, GA and Darlene Rhinehardt of Dalton, GA; and her grandchildren, Alana Baggett and Aubree Williams. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren; extended family.
