She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyce Greeson and Pauline Smith Greeson Chastain; her brothers, Wayne Greeson and Lamar Greeson; her stepfather Dennis Chastain; and her parents-in-law, Troy and Mary Cornwell.

She is survived by: her husband Kelly Cornwell; her daughters, Shelly Long (Mike) and Nicole Mattox; her granddaughters, Ashley Blaylock (Donnie), Morgan Pierce (Slader), Elauria Mattox and Lily Mattox; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Pierce, Knox Pierce, Rowan Blaylock, Cameron Blaylock and Levi Blaylock; her sister Judy Smith (Clifton); and her siblings-in-law, Alan Cornwell (Vickie), Marty Cornwell (Anne) and Kay Greeson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heritage Baptist Church. A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Heritage Baptist Church Building Fund (345 Curtis Parkway, Calhoun, GA 30701).
