She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Ash and Wanda Ash; and her siblings, Little Paul Ash Jr., Michael Ash, Billy Ash and Wanda Ash.
She is survived by : her son Samuel; her daughter-in-law Sherry Boren of Chatsworth; her daughter Tammy Stephens of Chatsworth; her sister Judy Ash of Chatsworth; her grandchildren, Hayden Calhoun, Austin Stephens, Adam Stephens, Harvey Calhoun, Angela McWhorter, Lamar McWhorter, Byron McWhorter, Chris McWhorter and Kayla Pack; and her great grandchildren, Daven McWhorter and Bella McWhorter.
