She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Townsend and Dee Harman Townsend. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Cross; her daughters, Cathy Hughes (Ronnie), Shelly Harden (Nicholas) and Rebena Long (Kenneth Newberry); her sister Geneva Lunsford; and her brother-in-law Paul Cross (Teri). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dalton Funeral Home (620 S Glenwood Ave, Dalton, GA 30721).
