He was predeceased by: his wife Jackie Rogers; his grandson Matthew Maynor; his sons-in-law, Dean Levin and Michael Bias; his parents, Eules Rogers and Grace Rogers; and his siblings, Thelma Pence, Ollie Black, Louise Harris, Charlene Mead, Joyce Truslow, Thurman Rogers, Floyd Rogers, JC Boring, Robert Rogers and Kenneth Rogers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Bias, Lisa Levin, Vickie Manning and Amy Perkins (Joe); his sister Linda Pritchett; his grandchildren, Jennifer Fischer (Jason), Cody Rogers, Jeffery Wheat (Megan), Brooke Jones (Zach), Cristen Wheat and Rachel Priest (Brady); and his niece Tronda Baber. He is also survived by several great grandchildren nieces and nephews.
