He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Tenney and Pat Tenney; his brother Ricky Tenney; and his sibling's children, Sheena Phillips and Jason Holsinger.
He is survived by: his friend Kathy White of Cleveland, TN; his children, Blake Chapman of Chatsworth, Riley Haynes of Crandall, Nathanial Osborne of Chatsworth and Camie McBee; and his sisters, Christina Phillips of Calhoun, Tammy Hall of Chatsworth, Sherry Flack of Chatsworth and Melody Tenney of Chatsworth.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with the final expenses.
