She was predeceased by : her husband J. M. Smith; her daughter Debbie Curtis; her parents, Amos Davis and Nellie Davis; and her siblings, Raymond, Willard, Thurman Davis and Arlene Rymer.

She is survived by : her sons, Marshall (Angie Smith), Chad (Jenny Smith) and Steve Curtis of Ramhurst; her grandchildren, Nikki Herring, Stephanie Warren, Cody Smith, Kolby Smith, Miranda Loftis, Jeremy Curtis, Jessica Stanley, Meghan Markham, Katie Kimmith and Lauren Smith; her great grandchildren, Dade, Gage Herring, Kane, Kaleb Cagle, Katlyn Warren, Brylee Curtis, Jase Stanley, Josephine, Miles Markham, Chris, Angel, Roxy and Daylen Loftis; her great great grandchildren, Konnor and Kash Cagle; and her siblings, Juanita Parker, Linda Loughridge and Hubert Davis.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shawn Chapman Funeral Home (2362 US-76, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Mountain View Baptist Church (3464 Old Federal Rd S, Chatsworth, GA 30705).
