He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thelbert A. Betterton and Mamie A. Betterton. He is survived by: his children, Austin Kole Betterton, Jailyne Elektra Betterton and Baylie Gonzales; his parents, Paul Betterton and Shena Betterton; his brother Joseph; his sister-in-law Whitney Betterton; his granddaughter Juliana Alvarado; his grandparents, Henry (Bo) and Janie Gallman; his aunts and uncles, Juanita King, Virginia Holcomb (Jim), Tricia Stuart, Sara Roper (Ricky), Averett Betterton, Ralph Betterton (Vida), Thomas Betterton, Richard "Pete" Betterton (Charlotte), Marty Gallman (Robin), Randy Gallman, Matthew Gallman (Kisha) and Russel Gallman (April); his cousins, Shalan Pickle (Albert), Shelly Holcomb and Nathan Coram (Kristy); his nephews, Landon Davis Betterton and Anderson Bryan Betterton; and his close friends, Tammy Collins (Randy), Jackie Bennett (Jerry) and Melissa Allen (Bobby). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
