He is survived by: his brother Jorge Rodriguez; his wife Maria Mendez Rodriguez; his daughter Eva Amparo; his son-in-law Ubaldo Chairez of Chatsworth, Georgia; his son Jorge Luis; his daughter-in-law Jessica Rodriguez of Chatsworth, GA; his sisters, Edubijes Martinez of California, Carmen Cervantez of Mexico and Librada Rodriguez of Chicago; and his grandchildren, Karime Chairez, Natalia Chairez, Noah Chairez, Reyna Rodriguez, Hayden Rodriguez and Luis Rodriguez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ponders Melrose Chapel. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
