He was predeceased by: his parents, John James Frank Sr. and Grace Olivia Frank; and his wife Patricia Mieron Frank. He is survived by: his children, Ricky J. Frank, Renee C. Bailer, Donna M. Kruise and Debra A. Czyz. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
