He is survived by: his sister Sharon; his brother-in-law John Staten; his grandchildren, Tiffany Jaynes, Andrew Groves, Jacob Groves and Sarah Brindle; Douglas Groves, Donna and Greg Hogan. He is also survived by nieces, nephew and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shawn Chapman Funeral Home (2362 US-76, Chatsworth, GA 30705).
