He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Claude, Myrtle Hogan, George and Grace Reed; and his father Earl Hogan.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Hogan; his siblings, Greg Hogan (Donna), Debbie Ellis (Larry Sr.) and Melissa Patterson (Tony); his nieces, Maria Hayes (Jared) and Sarah Brindle (Michael); and his nephew Larry Ellis Jr. (Tab). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, great nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home (2362 US-76, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
