He was predeceased by: his parents, Elease Smith and Hillard Smith; and his grandparents, Sletia Painter, Alonzo Painter, Clara Smith and Harmon Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Smith of Chatsworth, Andy Smith of Dalton, Anna Smith of Chatsworth, Adrienne Stevens, Wendy Bevil, Cindy (Morgan Riddle), Crystal Reyes of Dalton and Venita (Kevin Brown). He is also survived by many Loving nephews and nieces.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
