She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tankersley and Hazel Tankersley; her husband Billy Hagin; her grandson Michael Slater; her brother Jerry Tankersley (Charlotte); and her brother-in-law Theo Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Michaela Slater (Eric) and Bradley Hagin (Miranda); her siblings, Charles (Joyce), James (Frances), Eddie Tankersley (Robbin) and Deborah Johnson; and her close friend Gus Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
