She was predeceased by: her husband David R. Turner; and her mother Mary Ruth Cochran. She is survived by: her sons, Scotty Dale Pack, Christopher Lee Pack and Bobby Shaun Pack; and her siblings, Johnny Ray Wellborn, Billy Ray Wellborn and Dorothy Annette Green.
