She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald King; her parents, Raymond Banks and Laura Mae Banks; her grandmother Daisy "Mombanks" Banks; her mother-in-law Geneva Banks; her siblings, John David Banks and Carolyn Gravely; her brothers-in-law, Rodger Davis and Jerry King; and her pet Tinkerbell.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann King; her son-in-law Chris Dawson of Chatsworth; her siblings, Tony Banks of Chatsworth, Sue Davis of Chatsworth, Tammy (Sam Coe), Diane (Mike Davis), Becky (Steve Saucer) and Jan Patterson of Dalton, GA; her great-aunt Mary Nell Chester; her uncle Harold Banks of Talking Rock, GA; and her niece Amy (Scott Pittman). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Murray County Animal Shelter (571 Hwy 52 East, Chatsworth, GA, United States, 30705).
