She is survived by: her aunt Tay Tay; her grandchildren, Montana "Tana" Slaughter, Weston Slaughter and Emma Collins; her great grandchild Shepherd Collins; her siblings, Karen Ward (Roger Ward) of Inman, Alicia Bailey Mable (Chad Mable) of Chatsworth and Mitch Allen of Resaca; and her nieces and nephews, Christa Allen, Milli Allen, Savannah Lacey Clark, Savannah Welch, Josh Clark (Jessica Clark), Justin Bailey, Zaylen Clark, Ryatt Allen and Tripp Clark. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shawn Chapman Funeral Home (2362 US-76, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
