He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gaddis Johnson; his sons, Lee (Kelly Johnson), Wesley (Katresha Johnson), Patrick Arthur of Wisconsin and Jonathan Arthur of Dalton, GA; his grandchildren, Jacob, Rianna Arthur, Hunter Johnson, Dash Johnson, Kason, Brayden and Kyptin Fowler; his great grandchildren, Malikai and Tobin Arthur; his sister Joyce J. Cantrell of Chatsworth, GA; his siblings-in-law, Ronnie, Shelia Gaddis of Cumming, GA, Connie and Kevin Doran of Dalton, GA; his aunt Stella Jones of Chatsworth, GA; and his uncle Thomas Crumbley of Dalton, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
