He is survived by: his children, Cindy Phillips and Timothy Phillips (Cyndi); his siblings, Cathy Crow Newton (Gary) and Dennis Swanson; his grandchildren, Kayla Phillips, Tyler Phillips and Jaxon Phillips; his great grandchildren, Brinsley Hackeny, Blakely Hackney and Cashton Phillips; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Crow.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home (2362 US-76, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
