She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Cavanah and Joyce Riner Cavanah Crumpton; her brother Michael Cavanah; and her brothers-in-law, Billy Ray Amerson and Emory Amerson (Patsy).
She is survived by: her husband John "Carroll" Amerson; her children, Crystal Little (Shawn) of Cochran and Shane Amerson (Danielle) of Cochran; her grandchildren, Jetta Hattaway, Kenzie Hattaway, Emma Claire Amerson and Harley Little; and her brothers, Harold Cavanah (Debra) of Danville and Frank Cavanah (Lisa) of Cochran. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and her several beloved family members and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in honor of Barbara Amerson to Pine Level Free Will Baptist Church, 5025 Chester-Eastman Highway, Chester, GA 31012.
