He is survived by: his wife Virgina Darnell; his children, Jodie Burnette (Ronnie) and Jonnie Brown Chet (Jason); his grandchildren, Jessica Alexander (CJ), Jordan Ward Ryan (Dustin), Blake Burnette, Noah Brown (Jenna) and Kadee Darnell; his great grandchildren, Daniel Alexander, Natalee Woodruff, Carter Crane and Gintrie Crane; his mother-in-law Maxine Southards; and his siblings, Bill Darnell of Fresno, CA, Frank Darnell of Clayton, GA., Mary Darnell Ramey, Diane Darnell Stowe of Clayton, GA and Patti Darnell Gowens of Monroe, Georgia..
