He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Ewing Chapman and Cordie Elsie Norwood Chapman; and his sister Rena Chapman. He is survived by: his sister Marlene Johnson (Jerry); his daughter Teresa Fulwiler (Jim); his fiancée Sue Baxter; and his grandchildren, Yahna Latham (Logan), Sean Edmondson (Vanessa) and Malisha Collins (Eric). He is also survived by four great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
