She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Justin Gaines; her parents, Ralph and Chris Keith of LaFayette; her siblings, Bethany Welch (Tyler) and Sam Keith (Taylor); and her nieces and nephews, Ryleigh and Maddison (Welch).
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Hills Cemetery (4016 Tennessee Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37410). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the Gaines Farm.
