He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Bud" Franklin and Mary Paradise Franklin; and his brothers, David Franklin and Tim Franklin. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Wooden; and his nieces and nephews, Heather Franklin, Crystal Franklin, Tim Franklin and Shelby Franklin.
