He is survived by: his wife Linda Clark McDowell; his daughter Mindy; his son-in-law Zack Long; his sons, Curtis McDowell and Garrett McDowell; and his grandchildren, Leah McDowell, Blane Long, Colter Long and Gage Long. He is also survived by numerous extended family & friends.
