He is survived by: his daughter Madison Lee Sullivan (Jackson Bass); his significant other Deborah Sullivan; his aunt Linda Wilson; his in-laws, Eric, Lisa "Sally" Bass, Parker and Louden Bass; his close friends, Rick Prater, Corky Buckels and Randy Eldridge; and his pets, Cocoa, Rory, Millie, Foofie, Handsome and Thor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
