He is survived by: his wife Anna Holden Stephens; his son Don Ray Stephens, Jr. (Sandra) of Chattanooga, TN; his grandchildren, James Reid Stephens, Madeline Loraine Stephens and Ian Connor Stephens; his great grandchildren, Kailee Stephens, Kaida Stephens and Sky Fields; and his sisters, Gladys Longmire of Dayton, TN, Sandra Bennett of Pensacola, FL and Shirley Stephens of Nashville, TN..
