He is survived by: his children, Tammy "Lil Curley" Hayes (Jerry Gilreath) and Garrie Grigsby; his grandson Joshua Hayes (Krysten); his great grandchild Jeremy Cole Hayes; and his great great grandchild Jaxson Kilgore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
