Manuel; his fiancée Susan Collins of Scottsboro, AL.; his siblings, Peggy Dodson, Mary Ellen Manuel of Ringgold, GA., Judy Douglas (William) of Dalton, GA. and Robert "Bud" Master of Chickamauga, GA.; his nieces, Kelly Eaker (Dan) and Jamie Thompson (Tommy); his nephew Jason Becton (Nikki); his godchildren, Chasity Catlin and Chad Hullander; and his friends, Eddie, Vanita Hullander, Denny, Judy Hullander, Rocky, Jean Brackett, Tommy, Judith Hill, Matter and Kathy Knight.
