He is survived by: his sons, Terry Cooke (Launa) and Berry Cooke (Becky); his siblings, Dan Cooke (Kay) and Linda Powell; his grandchildren, Andrew Cooke (Virginia), Chandler Cooke (Alexandra), Erin Mills (Seth), Elizabeth Cooke, Laura White (Thomas), Katie Hales (Drayton), Anna Williams and Keyaira Williams; his great grandchildren, Maverick Cooke, Isla Cooke, Palmer Cooke, Joshua Mills and Ward White; and his niece Christie Rickenbaker (Rick). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home - South Crest Chapel (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
