He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wallin and Florence Lucille Wallace Powell. He is survived by: his wife Dellaphyne Powell; his children, James Dale Powell of Chickamauga, GA, Charles Andrew Powell (Tiffany) of Chickamauga, GA and Lori Salmon (Bobby) of Chickamauga, GA; and his grandchildren, Cynthia Henry, Cortlan Salmon, Braxton Salmon, Conner Salmon, Parker Salmon, Madisyne Powell, Douglas Powell, Lucas Powell and Brooklyn Salmon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
