He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hurst; his son Jimmy Hurst; his stepchildren, Ricky Smolik (Tiffany), Donna Wright (Tim) and Kathy Cruise (Burless); his siblings, Donna Spivey, Jonathan Hurst (David Hurst), Patricia Waller and Shirley Bryson; and his grandchildren, Michael Smolik (Trisha), Brittany Bailey, Jennifer Keith (Ryan), Scott Wright, Megan Hurst, Savannah Hurst, Trace Hurst, Jacob Smolik (Brandy), Jamison Smolik and Mckaela Furland. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, extended family & friends.
