She was predeceased by : her parents, Willard L. Howard and Mary Frances Ireland Howard; her siblings, Jane Gothard and Larry "Buddy" Howard (Joyce); and her brothers-in-law, John Lamkin and William Barrett.

She is survived by : her siblings, Judy Barrett of Madison, GA, Dorothy "Dottie" Lamkin of East Ridge, TN and Albert Howard of Rome, GA; and her sister-in-law Donna Howard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
