John Denton Manery Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Denton Manery of Chickamauga, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though John Denton may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John Denton touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bazz Manery and Nela Walling Manery; his wives, Wanda Sue Ault Manery and Christerfer Carlotta Manery; and his children, Carlotta Bernice Christine Hicks and Duane Manery.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jennifer Griffin (Keely) of East Ridge, TN and Jesse Hicks (Ashley) of Ringgold, GA; and his great grandchildren, Blakely Hicks and Kaylee Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
