It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy D. Palmer Fletcher of Chickamauga, Georgia, who passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Williard Palmer and Winnie Jo Cureton Palmer; her niece Brandy Lively; and her grandparents, James Mathew, Pernia Mae Palmer, Victoria and Noah Cureton.
She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Foutz (Carly) of Fort Wayne and Shane Parrish of Ringgold, Georgia; her granddaughter Fallon Foutz of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her sisters, Corina Eddie Young (Fran) of Ringgold and Rhonda Sisk (Daryel) of Rossville, Georgia; her niece Madison Young of Ringgold, Georgia; and her friends, Robert Beasley and Tony Grimes. She is also survived by several aunts; uncles; cousins; and friends.
