We announce the death of Kenneth Dewayne Sanders of Chickamauga, Georgia, who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 72. Kenneth will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Denn Sanders and Peggy Sanders; and his siblings, Shirley McAmis, Raymond and Larry Sanders.
He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany; his son-in-law Brandon Torbett; his son Greg Sanders; his grandchildren, Paislee, Carlee Thomas, Roslyn Torbett, Hannah, Hayden, Alayna and Shirley Rae Sanders; his nephew Michael Sanders; and his sister-in-law Margaret Sanders.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Companion Funeral & Cremation Service (2412 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hiwassee Memorial Gardens (8063 N Lee Hwy, Charleston, TN 37310).
